Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look on you slider settings? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / passwordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Go to Revolution Slider > Select your Home Slider > Slider Settings.
Scroll down and find the box > Increase/Decrease Fullscreen Height (Optional)
Remove > .masthead
Save it.

it just looks like this because you are logged in in your WordPress , check your website in incognito mode or without being logged in and you will see it is perfectly positioned.
