I continue to have problems. I am unable to update slides, and today my client brought to my attention that on IE 11, on Windows 7, one of the slides does not appear, and I realized our thumbnails don’t show up at all on IE 11. The biggest problem, however, is I’m not able to modify the slides at all through the plugin interface.
I have attached 2 screen captures – in the first one you will see that there is no button to change the background image. In the second one, you will see that the first layer that appears on the slide is not the same as what the layer indicates. Instead of “DUI Checkpoint Trailer” which is Layer 1 on the slide, Layer 1 on the slide says “Emergency Response 1”. I am unable to change it.
This has been an ongoing problem, and since we were going live, and I didn’t have time to pursue it, I didn’t follow up on your last response. We are now live. I appreciate any help you can give me on this.
Revolution slider will not provide direct support without a new purchase code for this plugin. Help!!!

April 1, 2016 at 1:06 am #862100Hi there,
Thanks for writing in.
Let me check that, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / passwordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thanks!

Not just on IE, but it randomly happens on chrome too. I’m getting console errors when working on your slider though it originates from jQuery’s autocomplete library. Would it be okay if I disabled all the plugins while testing? Please backup your site too.
Thanks!
April 4, 2016 at 7:30 am #865825Yes, you can – but please use the X “maintenance mode” when you do it? I have backed up my database and wp-content files.
Shoot, thought I sent this yesterday.
April 4, 2016 at 7:30 am #865828And it really needs to be done between 5am & 5pm EST. Please let me know when you will have time to do this so I can warn my client.
Thanks!
April 5, 2016 at 3:56 am #867332Hi there @chill986,
Thanks for writing back, anytime is fine between5am and 5pm, unfortunately we can’t give specific times within the window though, are you happy for us to just enable maintenance mode and start testing?
I haven’t disabled anything yet, but I have just taken a look and there is a jquery error from a core WordPress included scripts, this sort of error normally occurs when another plugin includes their own version of jquery which they shouldn’t do.
Also would it be possible to include FTP in a private reply please? This ensures we can test by moving plugins to a new folder, rather than deactivating them on the site, as deactivating them from wp-admin > plugins can result in data being deleted if they run deactivation scripts.
Thank you!

Please let me know if that’s still ok. This is an important aspect of their business and although they serve customers across the US they will be ok with having the site on maintenance briefly when their offices are closed.

That won’t be a problem! We’ll make sure to do within that timeframe overnight.
Appreciate your patience on this.
Thank you!
April 6, 2016 at 1:39 pm #869830Hi @chill986,
I just did some few testing with no luck, I like to do more testing through sFTP but it won’t let me apply some changes due to permission. Please check and let me know 🙂
Thanks!
April 6, 2016 at 1:41 pm #869832I thought you were going to wait until after 5pm Eastern Standard Time? Please don’t do any further testing between the hours of 5am and 5pm Eastern Standard Time.
What ftp credentials are you using? Are you using the last ones that I provided you? Provide me your IP and I’ll make sure that you are whitelisted. Thanks!
