    Hi, I’m having problems loading the Visual Composer plugin and I can not create or modify my posts. I appreciate find a solution immediately! Thanks!

    Hi There,

    Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    Hi, thank you! yes it seems to be an update issue. In Dashboard>Updates says that my themes are all up to date. But in Addons>Home the version installed is the 4.1.0, while the plugins are all updated with the latest version. How can I update automatically the theme?

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
