Jeremy DParticipantI noticed today our website is not loading correctly. Its almost as the CSS file is gone.
I contacted our hosting provider WPengine, thinking it was an error their part. However they say a file is missing from the theme.
Any suggestions? I need to get our website back up and running.
The url is climatepro.com
Please help?

RubinKeymasterHey Jeremy,
You did not mention the url of your site so I checked both of your validated sites and both of them load just fine. Can you be a bit more specific on what you’re seeing wrong.

Jeremy DParticipantHey Rubin,
I did mention the url in my first post.
I updated the child theme since I posted and it seemed to bring everything back although some things are missing that need to be reformated such as the widgets in the footer…
The issue know is I have two child themes installed? Is that correct?

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Sorry for the confusion. Did you switch a child theme? Because if you did, you should have backed up your customizer settings so that you will have the same settings after switching to the newer child theme. This is why some settings are there but you need to add again the widgets.
I have checked your site and all I can see right now is a JS error on the home. It appears that it came from a 3rd party plugin generating this issue. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Meanwhile, I noticed that several plugins are out dated. Please make sure that everything is up to date. Most of the time outdated theme and plugins will create issues in your site.
Please let us know how it goes.
