Hi there,
I read it, I was referring to 25 limits. You said that you already solved the messed up mailing list and you even sent screenshots and sorry for the confusion. I checked the limit and X theme doesn’t have 25 limits, API paging has. And there is no FTP login credentials provided on this thread.
Thanks!
March 29, 2017 at 8:05 am #1424090Hi Rad,
I’m sorry, I was a bit upset last time finding lists shuffled and that I had to clear it up. Thank you for your response and thank you for reading the whole thread. I don’t know what happened and why you cannot see it, but I gave WordPress and mailchimp credentials, but I can give them again if you need them.
Ok so what I learn from you is that the mailchimp API has a limit of 25 lists, meaning I should contact Mailchimp?
Do you know of a way to circumvent this problem?
Kindly,
ChrisMarch 29, 2017 at 9:30 pm #1424908Hi Chris,
I only checked X theme and the plugin’s coding to see if there are any imposed limits. Though I can’t confirm it either on Mailchimp API as I can’t find documentation on their end. So I like to do something.
I was referring to FTP login credentials and not the Mailchimp API or WordPress admin. You may contact your hosting provider to get your FTP login credentials, or simply provide your CPanel login credentials if available, I could use File manager from CPanel instead of FTP.
Thanks!

Thanks, it’s Mailchimp limitation. I directly call the API connected to Mailchimp server and it’s only returning 25 items. Hence, you may contact Mailchimp for this issue.
Thanks!
