    Hi There,

    Sorry to hear your website’s having the issue.

    Please try with the forgot password form: http://office-coach.me/mein-konto/lost-password/.

    If it doesn’t work, please provide us with your cPanel account so I can access to the PHPAdmin and then reset your admin password.

    Thanks.

    Hi There, I tried accessing your files via FTP but seems like I have some restrictions and I couldn’t check them well.

    Did you add a script to your Theme?

    One of the facebook scrpits contain an extra script tag:

    <script>
      <!-- Facebook Pixel Code -->
    <script>
    !function(f,b,e,v,n,t,s){if(f.fbq)return;n=f.fbq=function(){n.callMethod?
    n.callMethod.apply(n,arguments):n.queue.push(arguments)};if(!f._fbq)f._fbq=n;
    n.push=n;n.loaded=!0;n.version='2.0';n.queue=[];t=b.createElement(e);t.async=!0;
    t.src=v;s=b.getElementsByTagName(e)[0];s.parentNode.insertBefore(t,s)}(window,
    document,'script','//connect.facebook.net/en_US/fbevents.js');

    fbq('init', '483700991839490');
    fbq('track', "PageView");</script>

    <!-- End Facebook Pixel Code -->
    </script></head>

    Remove one of the opening tags

    Hope that helps,

    Let us know if you need further help,

    Joao

    Hello Joao…
    I did not change anything:-(

    I do not see an extra script tag. I see two opening and two closing tags.. What Do you mean by restriction?
    The login data is my own login as Admin…
    I thought the problem could be some of my plugins, or an automatic update….
    I do not understand why i get redirected to woocommerce acount and not to my backend
    very strange.

    Hi There,

    We are redirected to: http://office-coach.me/mein-konto/ when we try to login to your admin dashboard. Would you mind giving us a little idea what is that page about?

    If you suspect a plugin is causing this, please login to your FTP and navigate to this directory: /office-coach.me/wp-content/plugins/, rename the plugin folder that you think is causing the issue, this way it would be deactivated.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.

    Hello.
    That redirection page is my woocommerce account I guess… I tryed to rename woocommerce, but than I cant access wp-admin ad all. the only way I can login into my backend is when I rename the whole plugin folder. But in that case, I just see the dashboard and my profile tab in backend.all other is gone ….
    I am running an online challenge and need to publish one of my pages today…
    🙁

    seems to me, like after login in, I am treated, like I have not the right to access as admin ?!

    To check if the issue is caused by X or Cornerstone, please disable all third party plugins. You can do that by renaming the folders inside the plugins folder. Don’t rename the plugins folder itself.

    This looks like you have done something to your which caused the issue though. Can you give us the details on what you did before this happened. If you can, it would be best if you rebuild your site starting from fresh install.

    Thanks.

    Hello,
    I renamed all, but it still worked the same… I figured out, if i rename woocommerce, I can not pass the wp-admin at all.
    I published a page a few hours ago, befor this happened. The page is still visible though. http://office-coach.me/office-coach-challenge/
