    I have just purchased another x-theme license and installed on an existing wordpress site. The theme seems to be working but I am having a problem with customizer not saving the header logo image. I have disabled all extra plugins and cleared my browser cache but am unable to get it to save. I read in another thread that there may be an issue with caching plugins… My client was using Jetpack, I’m not sure if this creates a cache or how to clear it. The plugin is currently disabled. Please help.

    Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    That’s interesting. I tried it with the original logo and it still does not work. I also tried it with a different image and it did work. So perhaps there is something wrong with the original logo file? It was the first file in the media library CC-Logo-Medium.jpg. I will create a new logo image and see if this resolves the issue.
