    Theme One does have a skin builder, but it does not seem to be bundled with X Theme.

    Hi There,

    Skin Builder is available on the THE GRID extension plugin. See attached screenshot. Make sure that the plugin is updated on your site.

    I have The Grid version 1.4.0. It does not indicate that there is an update. There is no skin builder feature.

    Hi There,

    See this link:https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/ for the latest version available. It is GRID 2.3.0. Please do make sure that your X theme is validated for automatic updates. For complete update guide, check this:https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/

    I don’t understand. I have been receiving updates automatically for X-Theme and Conerstone. Is there a specific validation I have to do for The Grid?

    Hello There,

    Thanks for updating in! Please be advised that the Skin builder is only made available when they release TheGrid 2.0. Now if you are using an older version of the plugin, please do update to the latest version. Please also keep in mind that even if you update X and Cornerstone, the updated X will not automatically update any of the bundled plugins. You have to manually update each of the bundled plugins by going to the plugins section or in the WP Dashboard > Updates.

    Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    Our latest versions are:
    X Theme: 4.6.4
    Cornerstone: 1.3.3
    The Grid: 2.3.0

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    OK Thanks! I just went through the scary process of reinstalling X. It worked and The Grid is up to date.
