NicoModeratorHi There,
Thanks for writing in.
Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain what it is you would like to accomplish based on the information given in your post. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification on what it is you’re wanting to do (a link to a similar example site would be very helpful, or perhaps some screenshots), we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.
Thanks.

piexecParticipantOn my homepage, all the images are different heights in the gird. How can I set them all to crop at say 200px high.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for the updates! Please edit your Grid and make sure that the source image is medium or large as seen here: http://prntscr.com/aw2bf4. And after that, please make sure that whatever image size you have selected, it should be at least 300×300. You can check this setting in Settings > Media. Once you saved your changes, you may need to regenerate the thumbnails (https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/).
Hope this helps.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Based on the information you have shared, this error may happen to occur because you have uploaded an image that is not a jpeg or png. Just as some things to check, are you using the latest version of WordPress?
It’s possible your server doesn’t have some key items installed. Try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/imagemagick-engine/
Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.

piexecParticipantI tried installing that plugin, didnt work. I’m on the latest version of WordPress. I also just unpublished all of my latest posts to see if one of them was causing the issue. Still happening. Can you login and check it out for me please?

FriechModeratorHi There,
Please update or reinstall your The Grid extension to Version: 1.5.0 that is the version which is bundle on the latest X.
If that does not work, please provide us FTP credentials in private reply, so we can take a closer look.
Thanks.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
I have updated The Grid Plugin.
Upon testing on cornerstone the error is happening just when the Panama Grid is selected, all the others seem to be working fine.
Would you mind trying to create a new grid with the same characteristic of Panama and see how it goes?
Hope that helps,
Joao
