Any idea why the captcha is not working with theme?

Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

So, you guys have confirmed in writing that your theme is compatible with gravity forms so i purchased it specifically, to use in place of contact form 7.
This is an out of box feature, nothing has been customised… so based on your theme notes it should just work, out of box – right?
Please can you confirm – has this feature been tested with the theme? if so, if it works then there’s an issue on my end, if it doesn’t well then, that’s something different again.
I don’t expect you to provide support for 3rd party plugins, but you do note that this is a recommended plugin for the theme, i bought it based on same, so I’d expect it to just work.
Thx a lot for your confirmation. I have sent the guys at gravity forms a note as well. if i cant get it working we’ll have to drop back to contact form 7.

I have just simply loaded the plugin, created a form and added the gravity form to the column via Visual composer.
Your help to understand why the captcha is showing that error would be appreciated.

Yes, and we support the integration issues with X theme for those 3rd party plugins. But we do not support the plugin itself. The integration is simply related to templates and design and that’s what we support, and not what’s inside the plugin. Gravity form isn’t even bundled inside X theme package.
You should contact gravity form for that matter. We can’t provide support for something we do not develop.
