Hi,
I thought gravity forms was included with X? Pretty sure I have seen something about it in the admin panel but can’t seem to find it now? Am I missing something?
Kind regards,
Carl.
November 12, 2014 at 12:01 pm #143520Hi Carl,
Thanks for writing in,
To clarify, Gravity forms is not bundled within X, its a premium plugin and you need to buy it before you can use it. we recommend installing Contact form 7 but its not also bundled with X since you can simply install it from wordpress plugin repo.
Hope this clarifies,
Have a great day
November 12, 2014 at 2:29 pm #143670Hi,
Thanks for the reply. Contact Form 7 won’t do what I need unfortunately. I’ll purchase Gravity forms. I was sure I read a licence of gravity forms came with X before I purchased, I must have miss read – has X never been integrated with Gravity Forms (bundled or not)?
Thanks,
Carl.

March 15, 2015 at 2:37 pm #227761Hi There,
You can give it a try. We have a lot of customers using Gravity Forms so far there were no major issues about it.
Cheers.
December 10, 2015 at 11:13 am #701253@carl: I actually read it also, you did not misread since I read the same thing. Even had their logo on the page. This is misinforming customers. However, I really love your theme as it comes with a lot of useful premium plugins and so I won’t be saying nasty stuff here.
December 10, 2015 at 6:12 pm #701717Hi guys,
Gravity form is never bundled to X theme. Yes, it’s integrated and recommended, but it’s not bundled. You may direct us to marketing materials that says it bundled with X theme. The first recommended plugin was contact form 7 and even included as X shortcode’s element for X 1.5.3.
You may check changelog here starting from X 1.7.3 https://theme.co/changelog/, and the only added is support for gavrity form, but not the plugin itself.
Logos are usually added for display purposes other than plain texts. And you maybe misread the wording “Gravity Forms element
 added ” to “Gravity Forms
 added”
Thanks!
