    I followed the instructions to add a gravity form from: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/cornerstone-gravity-forms/. However, everything looks good in the preview, but when I look at the live site I’m getting the error message, “Oops! We could not locate your form.”, in the place of my form. Can someone please advise if I’m missing something here?

    The page in question is trifectabarware.com/register.

    Appreciate any help you can offer!!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
