Hi everybody!
Thanks for the excellent work you’ve done with the theme. I just have a little issue: Google fonts don’t load. It doesn’t matter which font I choose, I always get the same one, Lato.
Any ideas about why this could be happening and how can I get to fix it?
I use last version of X and WordPress 3.7
Thanks!

August 19, 2014 at 1:59 pm #87854Hi Suzanne,
Actually it’s an Customizer caching issue. You need to save the option twice. If you can’t fix it yourself then share your login info here as private reply.

Just fixed it for you, now you can change the font of your choice from Appearance > Typography
Let us know how this goes!
August 19, 2014 at 6:19 pm #88032Thanks! It works for the Body font, but not for the headlines and Navbar… it keeps on showing Lato 🙁
August 19, 2014 at 9:35 pm #88102Hey Suzanne,
Your Navbar font is set to Lato (see http://prntscr.com/4ejrvc). And, the reason why your font in for headlines didn’t work is because you haven’t set a font weight (see http://prntscr.com/4ejse4). I’ve set it for you.
Hope that helps. 🙂

August 20, 2014 at 8:11 am #88325hahah what a complete fooll I am… sorry! Thanks for you help and patient : )
Just another little and probably stupid issue: my headings keep showing in uppercase characters, even though I do not have the ‘Enable Uppercase’ option selected. Why is that? I have written most of the sentences in lowercase, but they turn automatically into uppercase.
August 20, 2014 at 8:16 am #88330Ok, forget my last post. I just realized that even Though I can’t see the lowercase in the Customizer preview the changes do work on my website when I load it.
Thanks for everything and keep up the good work! Completely in love with this amazing theme : )
August 20, 2014 at 8:37 am #88354Glad you were able to figure it out and so happy that you are loving X! 🙂 Let us know if we can do anything else.
August 23, 2015 at 10:57 am #366774Themeco, can you post the results of what you did to fix the Google Fonts issue?? I have this problem too and would like to be able to know a) what the problem is and b) how to fix it. Thanks!!
August 23, 2015 at 11:54 am #366816Thanks for updating this thread but it’s a pretty old thread and contains lot of private replies. So it’s not a good place to ask for a help. Would you please open a new ticket with the clarification of your issues that what’s actually not working as expected? We’ll be happy to assist you.
Thanks
