I’ve been submitting a problem with convertplug in this thread: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/convertplug-input-fileds-not-displayed/

I deactivated all third party plugins and gave you all access to my website and ftp, so you can have a look over night and I can continue working today…Unfortunately the only message I received over night was to disable all third party plugins, what I already did. The I replied that I this was already done in the morning. Now I am waiting more than 5 hours for a reply…altough I was expecting this to be solved over night…

I know you’re a great support Team and I always appreciate your help so much! It’s just extremely frustrating to wait for hours and hours….than comes suggestion to do what you already did and also already wrote in the same thread just one message above. and then you wait hours again….I really need to continue working. I hope for your understanding!

Hi Christian,

I totally understand you. Unfortunely we as well need time to figure out what is hapenning even with a large team of hard working talented people like my colleagues, sometimes these issues can take time to be figured out, I am sure you know how it is and that the same happens on your end when you try to solve “bugs”

There is no need to re-post the topic because you´re request is there on top of our list, we just need a little bit more time…in the meanwhile please proceed with the development with the other parts of your project.
