    Hello,

    I’ve looked through the forum and can’t find the right answer.

    How would I get rid of the avatars in the comment section and then have the response boxes fill out the empty space where the avatar would’ve been?

    You can add this under Custom > CSS in the Customizer.

    .x-comment-img .avatar-wrap {
    display: none;}

    Hello,

    That’s not quite what I was looking for.

    I would like that whole section to be removed and then that space filled. Basically I want what this poster wanted: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/hiding-avatars-and-comment-depth/#post-194451

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    You can add this under Custom > Edit Global CSS in the Customizer.

    
.x-comments-area li.comment .x-comment-img {
    float: right;
    position: relative;
    z-index: 999;
    margin-right: 20px;
}

.x-comments-area article.comment {
   margin-left:0;
}
