junglescoutParticipantHello,
I’ve this website has many buttons that points to the pricing table.
The pricing table has ID with “pricing”, and the buttons points to that fragment with URL #pricing
If you clicked to the sign up button, or getting started button, nothing happens! I’ve other website with X theme and everything is OK. Is there any problem here? Maybe a conflict with the modal or something like that?
If you moved directly to the URL with the hash, sometimes it works as well.
Thanks,

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Please add ‘pricing’ id to section #6 and remove the id from raw content element.
Hope it helps.

No, it doesn’t work on chrome.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing back. It seems you have some errors on your console that might causing the issue.
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. Also make sure you are fully updated (Theme and Plugins)
You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

junglescoutParticipantHello,
Actually that didn’t help 🙁
I deactivated all plugins, no errors on console…once I stopped the JavaScript, all buttons work! I’m not sure what is causing the problem, and why the buttons need JavaScript to work fine?
I’ll try to investigate on this more deeply.
Thanks!
