Hello,

I am building another site and all of a sudden the footer disappeared, widgets in the customizer wont show. I reinstalled X and also cornerstone. Turned off plugins, etc. HELP! =)

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! I did try your page template on my dev site and it works. Please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Thanks for updating the thread! We are not experiencing this issue on our side. Just to clarify are you using the integrated/bundled version or are you using the original version from the developer?

Thanks for the updates. Footer not loading usually means there is a fatal PHP error. Can you please enable WP_DEBUG mode? You can do this by opening wp-config.php and adding
define( 'WP_DEBUG' , true ); just above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ For example:

define('WP_DEBUG', true);

/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

When you revisit the page, you should have some error output describing the issue in more detail.
