    Hi,

    I recently made some changes to our the domain name in our DB, and after doing that our footer is not showing. Can you let me know why our footer has now disappeared.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing back. If you are referring the bottom footer then it’s turned off I can see – http://prntscr.com/ax6llq

    Let’s enable it from Customize > Footer.

    If you are referring the Footer Widget Areas then the issue is there is no widget set for the Footer widget areas. Let’s set your widgets from Appearance > Widgets and select widgets for Footer 1, Footer 2 and so on.

    Hope this makes sense.
