    Hello,

    I would like to have a footer split into two similar to this page:
    http://simplegreensmoothies.com/

    top footer: menu like i have it
    bottom footer: white background with terms of services text and social icons on the side

    Could you give me some suggestion how this can be accomplished?

    Hi,

    You can add a section above footer with your menu and then you can disable the footer menu from your actual footer and add the social icons and terms of service.

    I would like to have it appear on every page, so to avoid adding a section on every page, is there a way to customize the two available footers (one as a widget and one as a bottom footer)?

    Hi there,

    You can enable footer widgets on your site, you can do that by going to Admin > Appearance > Customizer > Footer > Footer Widget Areas and choose Four. That will add four sidebar (4 columns) in Admin > Appearance > Widgets where you can add your own widgets.
