    http://allianceredwoods.com/zipline/ Why are the 1st 2 lines in the footer underlined as if it’s a link?
    I tried unlinking the email and that didn’t make a difference.

    Hi There,

    I just inspected your site and looks like the whole div is wrapped in a <a> .

    You can remove the <a <="" div="">
