As you can see from the image, after flipping back to the front side there appears this black area.
I have four cards and every card does the same. And the one with the heart breaks from icon.
Chrome works normally.July 8, 2015 at 5:51 am #324179Hi There,
Thanks for writing in.
Upon checking your website, I can see that the flipping cards are working fine on my end.
OS: Window 8.1
Browser: Firefox 39
Could you please tell me which OS & version Firefox you’re using?
Many thanks.
July 8, 2015 at 6:22 am #324202I’m using Win 8.1 and Firefox 39 as well.
Ok, I can deal with it.July 8, 2015 at 7:28 am #324254Hi There,
Maybe the browser caching issue.
Try to clear your plugin & browser cache as well.
Let us know how it goes!
August 5, 2015 at 8:24 am #350768Hi,
I have the same problem. But your site (http://juhakauppinen.com) works fine for me. Its just mine that doesn’t work (?!). Its here >> http://www.loveyourblender.com/cherry-rose/.I’m on a mac, OS X version 10.0.5 (although the client is on windows) and I’m using Firefox version 39.
Did you manage to fix it? Could you tell me how you did it?
Thanks.
August 5, 2015 at 8:29 am #350772Hi @lorenmn,
Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/x/member/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
Thanks.
August 7, 2015 at 6:23 am #352868Hi,
X version 4.0.6 all up to date.
Cornerstone 1.0.5 all up to date. Not sure what else I should check.
I still have the issue in Firefox.
August 7, 2015 at 7:02 am #352894Hi Loren,
To fix it, you can add this under Custom > CSS in the Customizer.
.x-card-outer.flipped .x-face-outer.front { display:none; }
Hope that helps.
August 10, 2015 at 11:43 am #355116Hi,
Yes, that fixed it. Still a little clunky but it works.
Thanks.
