Hi,
The flexslider on my site (http://i-docs.org/) only shows one slide when I have a number of posts ticked to be ‘featured’. I checked my console and it has a JS error: (index):349 Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).flexslider is not a function
I’ve had a few issues with my site since the recent WP and theme upgrade. Mostly with Cornerstone which seems to break the sites backend with server 500 errors, so I have not activated it and i’m not sure if thats what’s causing the slider issue.
Thanks for any help!

However, when it’s activated I get a 500 error when I try to use the Customizer. I deleted the cornerstone plugin via FTP and re-downloaded with the latest theme files, extracted the plugin and reuploaded via FTP, incase it was the file that was corrupted.
I also changed the file permissions of the Cornerstone plugin to 0755 to match the permissions of other plugins on the site.
Don’t know what to do next as it seems to be a choice between using the customizer or having the site working properly! For now I am leaving Cornerstone on so the site works, but this isn’t a permanent fix so would appreciate some help.
Thanks!
May 4, 2016 at 2:26 am #912046Hi Jess,
We’re sorry you’re having this issue.
Please check this article regarding Customizer issue:https://community.theme.co/kb/solutions-to-potential-setup-issues-customizer/If you are encountering a 403, 500, or 503 error when trying to view the Customizer, we have found that this is typically due to security settings or permissions errors with the server. For this particular situation, you will need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to ensure that your file permissions are set correctly. Additionally, this could be related to a ModSecurity rule being triggered due to a combination of keywords used in the core WordPress files for the Customizer. This should be able to be remedied by writing into the support team at your host and asking them to whitelist the ModSecurity rules on your domain.
Hope this helps.
