Hello,
we had domain1.com site when we bought X theme and activated it on the site. Later we decided to change domain name from domain1.com to domain2.com and made all required changes on the site, but we hadn’t made any changes in the license manager in our account on theme.co, so the purchase code has been assigned to old domain1.com. We figured out that something went wrong when all auto-updates stopped working. So I went to license manager, removed domain1.com and added domain2.com to the license. Unfortunately it didn’t help and all updates doesn’t work anymore.
What we are doing wrong? How to restore auto-updates on the site?
April 25, 2016 at 10:28 am #898788Hi there,
Thanks for writing in! Kindly revoke the license from your site and re-validate it with your purchase code. If you don’t get update notification after that then check update from Dashboard > Updates . If you still can’t see the notification then try updating the theme manually.
Cheers!

I had tried it before created this thread, but unfortunately it didn’t help. I have attached a screenshot where you can see what happens when I click revoke link. As you can see there a notification appears and says that license has been revoked, but nothing changed if I refresh the page. I still see that my site is validated. Please, advice.

June 4, 2016 at 3:17 pm #1025892Further investigation reveal following exception during verification process:
[04-Jun-2016 20:15:31 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method TCO_1_0::check_ajax_referer() in .../www/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/admin/addons/modules/class-addons-validation.php on line 41
Do you have any idea why it happens?
June 5, 2016 at 3:53 am #1026398Hello There,
I have reinstalled your WordPress and also updated Cornerstone to the latest version. After that, using a test license code, I have validated your site successfully. Now I want you to revalidate it again using your own license code. Please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again. And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
June 5, 2016 at 8:44 am #1026601Thanks a lot! It works now!
