Archive / First Item added to cart shows up in nav then disappears

    When I click add to cart, the cart indicator in the nav bar goes from zero to one, but then quickly goes back to zero.

    If I add another item, it goes from zero to two.

    If I remove the items from the cart and start again then issue is gone. But it’s there every time I’m a first time shopper.

    Hi there,

    What’s your WooCommerce version? Check Version Compatibility article and make sure you are using compatible version. And if you have any WooCommerce extension then you can try disabling them.

    It turns out it was a clash with a currency converter plugin for woocommerce

    It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
