I use Chrome and tested things in with another user FireFox and found my product images do not resize, or in my case shrink to the themes layout you can test the page at the moment here: http://gjg.thompsonpromotionalsolutions.com/product/innovation-poster/
The site is going to be members only so here are some sample pictures if the link is closed when you read this.
Chrome http://grab.by/yiRi and the same page in Firefox http://grab.by/yiRs, some pages that have larger images are a real mess.It covers over the product title and adds the cart button on top of the image making it impossible for users to do anything.
It seems to be a FireFox issue as it works fine in Chrome and Safari browsers. I have never had anything like this before with themes or WooCommerce product pages. I have uninstalled most plugins and it still persists.
Thanks in advance,
July 4, 2014 at 1:53 pm #65046Hi Justin,
Thank you for writing in!
Please add the following CSS code to Customizer > Custom > CSS:
.x-img-thumbnail {max-width: 100%;}
This should solve the problem. If it doesn’t, would you mind providing us the login information of your website, so that we can take a closer look to the issue?
Thank you.
July 11, 2014 at 10:35 am #67507Yes, that seemed to work. Is it going to be added to a new update, i have seen this code in a few posts on FireFox issues but have not had any X-theme updates since I bought this theme months ago.
Also this forum needs to have a better search or email notices when there is a reply, I had to hunt for this reply to my own post, it’s ridiculous.
