    Hi- The site I”m working on is a copy of an older site, and when I upload new files they are over-saturated. This applies to pdf’s and JPGS, I’ve re-uploaded some files, looked at the originals, and I have no idea why they are changing so much.

    Hi There,

    Thank you for writing in! Wound you mind providing us the URL of the old site for reference. In the meantime do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
