It is turning bold because you have missing closing </strong> tag on the following text:
<h1><strong>Summer Adventure Schedule</h1>
Please update that to this:
<h1><strong>Summer Adventure Schedule</strong></h1>
Since there’s an open strong tag, all text after that will be bold until the closing strong tag is found which in this case is missing.

For the list item issue, the shortcode should be like this:

[x_icon_list]
[x_icon_list_item type="star"]Custom Tailored Video Playlist of Tee to Green Tips[/x_icon_list_item][/x_icon_list]

[x_icon_list_item type="star"] should be use inside [x_icon_list] shortcode.

For the grid, please do add manual excerpts on that specific posts. Excerpts disable the behaviour of any code and shortcode and display them as simple text. So, since the grid is using a shortcode in a post will only appear as normal text in your blog or category archive pages. To fix this issue, you’ll need to manually insert excerpts in your post. To achieve it add your custom excerpt under Excerpt section of each post edit page (see: http://prntscr.com/5qfd39). If the “Excerpt” section isn’t visible for you, please enable it under Screen Options dropdown (see: http://prntscr.com/5qfdp7).

For other issues on the blog, I can see that you’re using Cornerstone on this post, would you mind giving us your FTP credentials so we can check further?
