    Hi,

    This may not be a theme problem, but maybe you can help figure this out. Some of my featured images are disappearing, more of them as days go by. I can see the image in the media library in edit mode for that image, but the thumbnail is missing in the media library and the images are missing in the post and archive pages (an empty box appears). This is a new wordpress install, migrated from a Drupal site. I have read it might be a permissions problem or need modification of the htaccess file. Thanks for any advice you may have.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! It turns out that your image filenames has a space on it. Please make sure that your image filenames is one single word and that no spaces because spaces can create issues which would result to an image file not found. For example, you have an image with a filename round 203.jpg. Your filename should be at least round-203.jpg or round_203.jpg. Please make these changes to your images.

    That worked! You guys are brilliant. I looked all over for a solution to that problem and couldn’t find anything. Thanks for helping with a non theme problem. I really appreciate it. Your support may be the best part of X.
