    Hi,

    I am using the blog to post press articles. I would like to use the link post type to post the link to the publication. I would also like the featured image to link to the publication instead of to a larger version of the image.

    Right now the link shows up as a link but the featured image links to a larger image. How can I make it default to linking to the specified external link? I want to hand this off to a client and have it be super easy for them to use. Seems like this is functionality that might help others too?

    Hi Alice,

    Thanks for writing in! I can see the Featured Images are linked to single posts so not sure what you are referring by “featured image links to a larger image”. Because Lightbox is not a default feature rather you need to implement this. So I am not really sure what you are facing. Would you add a screencast what you are facing?
