newskywebsitesParticipantHey guys,
Something wonky is going on with my media library and uploading a .ico file. I’ve done this many times with no issues, but for some reason on this new site I can’t get the .ico file to upload. It doesn’t throw and error, the file just never appears in my media library. See 15 sec video demo here: http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbn6Im61Uusite url: http://advlawn.temp-website.us/
Everything is updated to latest version – WP Version 4.7.2, X Version: 4.6.4, Child theme 1.0 (renew stack), all plugins updated.
Thanks for your help!

newskywebsitesParticipantI know I can do that, but X should allow me to do it without using FTP. Isn’t this a concern for your team?

JadeModeratorHI there,
I tried to login using the admin details you have provided but it seems to be not working anymore.
Would you mind double checking?
Thank you.

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
I’m sorry but this issue is not related to X theme or plugin related. Usually .ico files are not allowed to upload by the default configuration of your hosting provider. You may contact them with regard to this issue or you can manually upload the icon file as mentioned above.
Thanks!
