    Hello there!
    I am very happy with this theme! you guys are awesome!!! thanks for everything
    i have a little issue here
    I have loaded the favicon but it doesn’t show. not sure why!
    can you help ?

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! You have added favicon for iOS, Android and Microsoft devices. You have forgotten to insert the default favicon for the other devices and desktop screens.

    I tried but doesnt’ work either.
    I am attaching the screen shot of what I am doing
    1) short code of the logo permalink added ( i tried also with the whole permalink)
    2) results

    am I doing something wrong?

    Please try with the direct URL.

    Something like this:

    https://s2.wp.com/i/favicon.ico

    Greetings isa1978,

    You have to upload the favicon.ico file to your server using the ftp client or the File management system of the Cpanel. For example on the same location of the WordPress’ root directory:

    https://www.yourdomain.com/favicon.ico

    Then you should insert all this URL into your favicon settings.

    hello both! @spinspan @thai

    thanks a lot for your help. I have uploaded the favicon following the path that the system was giving me like any other media file and the url is http://www.boundlessroads.com/logo-f-32/
    or the short code ( as thai’s example)

    (logo-f-32 is the name of the picture that i am using as favicon)

    I am not sure how to load the favicon in the cpanel as I am loading it as I load any other picture with the difference that this is has a .png extention.
    isn’t it correct?

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
