Thank you for the very detailed information. Regretfully this is known bug in the theme. We already have reported this to our developers. Once they placed a fix, it will be updated and will be rolled out in our next update release. For the meantime, we have edited up-sell.php file in your theme so that the shortcode will work temporarily. You can view it here: http://aiuto-glass.com/testproduct/
