Hi there,
I use X Theme with WooCommerce and it works well.
Only one thing doesn`t work.I work with the shortcode for product page.
WooCommerce own shortcodes: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/
This one: [product_page id=”246″]
On this page: http://247shake.21daysmarketing.net/produkte/Here we got an fatal error. But on cornerstone page it works well. Only on frontend it shows the error.
Did you have an idea, whats the issue? Thanks
MichaelOctober 6, 2015 at 10:45 am #613340Hi There,
Thanks for writing in! Which version of WooCommerce you’re using? Please make sure you update your theme and plugins to the latest version. You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide. Currently supported version of WooCommerce is v2.4.7
Thanks!

many thanks for your help.
This works well. Now I can adjust view by css.If X Theme Update, this error comes again?
Thanks
MichaelOctober 7, 2015 at 4:29 am #614609Hi Michael,
I have copied over the file to your child theme so it won’t get overwritten on theme update.
Thanks for pointing that out.
Have a great day! 🙂

November 29, 2015 at 2:02 pm #683035Hello, I know this is an older thread but it so happens I have the EXACT same problem. Additionally it seems my theme or css isn’t working as well. I use x theme with woocommerce and cornerstone. No matter where I insert my shortcode (the shortcode product_page only, others work) it doesn’t style and adds the error. I’ve entered the shortcode in cornerstone within a text element and a raw element, I’ve inserted it as text on an edit page within wordpress as well.
My test page is aiuto-glass.com/testproduct, where I made an empty page and simply put
[product_page sku=”1111″].The displayed elements are there, but there is little to no styling happening, and at the bottom of the page it also displays:
“Fatal error: Call to a member function get_upsells() on a non-object in /home2/aiutoglass/public_html/wp-content/themes/x/woocommerce/single-product/up-sells.php on line 15”I will post my other information such as FTP in the post below.
Thanks for you help! I will open a new thread if needed.November 29, 2015 at 2:07 pm #683038This reply has been marked as private. -
