    Hello,

    The hosting company for our website went down for several hours. When the website came back up, there is now an error message related to the Revolution Slider:

    fetch – Table ‘funand8_wp215.wp_revslider_sliders’ doesn’t exist

    Query: select * from wp_revslider_sliders where id = ‘7’

    When trying to log into WordPress, I get the following:

    Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Exception’ with message ‘fetch – <b>Table ‘funand8_wp215.wp_revslider_sliders’ doesn’t exist</b><br>—<br> Query: select * from wp_revslider_sliders where type != 'template' OR type IS NULL order by id ASC’ in /home/funand8/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/framework/functions.class.php:14 Stack trace: #0 /home/funand8/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/framework/db.class.php(26): RevSliderFunctions::throwError(‘fetch – <b>Tabl…’, -1) #1 /home/funand8/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/framework/db.class.php(41): RevSliderDB->throwError(‘fetch – <b>Tabl…’) #2 /home/funand8/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/framework/db.class.php(145): RevSliderDB->checkForErrors(‘fetch’) #3 /home/funand8/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/slider.class.php(2931): RevSliderDB->fetch(‘wp_revslider_sl…’, ‘type != ‘temp…’, ‘id’, ”, ‘ASC’) #4 /home/funand8/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/ele in /home/funand8/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/framework/functions.class.php on line 14

    As I am unable to even view my dashboard, I am unaware on how to resolve this problem. The hosting company states that they lost all backups when they went down.

    I would greatly appreciate ANY help that can be given! Thank you so very much in advance.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Looks like your database is corrupted, it’s best to direct this issue to your hosting provider and restore the working copy of your database. Most plugins use database and when it breaks then they will too.

    Thanks!
