thisisbbcParticipantHi guys,
We were doing some tests and activated the Twentysixteen theme and since then our child-theme behave all funky and we’re even unable to activate X.
It triggers a fatal error :
PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/nas/content/live/broderie/wp-content/themes/twentysixteen/framework/tco/tco.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear’) in /nas/content/live/broderie/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/tco-setup.php on line 22, referer: http://www.broderie.ca/wp-admin/themes.php
I’m not sure why but it seems some kind of path is stuck with the twentysixteen URL.
Site URL : http://www.broderie.ca
Wordpression version : 4.4
X Version : 4.4.1
Cornerstone Version : 1.2.3Thank you!

thisisbbcParticipantThe X_TEMPLATE_PATH constant seems messed up (it returns the Twentysixteen path), I’m not really sure how to fix this, activating the theme should reset the value but it triggers a fatal error so… Still searching…
Waiting for your feedback!

thisisbbcParticipantI have replaced the X_TEMPLATE_PATH constant in file “stack-data.php” (located in /framework/functions/global).
The theme is now loading but still behave all funky and some ressource are being loaded from an unexisting path :
The domain is from WPEngine’s CDN which is ok, however it still uses the Twentysixteen path to load some X ressources…
Still digging.

thisisbbcParticipantFYI : I have deleted the theme entirely and reuploaded it and the problem persists.

thisisbbcParticipantThe problem sorted itself out… Pretty weird. We replaced “stack-data.php” with the original file without issue.
However the initial problem we had (and the reason we did some tests with Twentysixteen) is still here : WooCommerce product page CSS is messed up.
The problem persist on X, without our child theme.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! You have posted so many things and it’s pretty confusing. Kindly clarify the issue properly that you are facing right now and provide your login credentials in a private reply so that we could check. I can’t see any error on front-end so not sure about the issue.
Cheers!

thisisbbcParticipantHello Rupok,
Sorry for the mess, we were in emergency mode as there is live traffic on the site and everything was broken.
The single product page is messed up, the “Description”, “Additional Information” and “Reviews” tabs are displayed as a bullet list (instead of the tabs) and the “Related Products” section is displaying huge images.
Also, the “products” container overlap over our footer so we can’t click on the social networks, ToS or Privacy Policy.
There are no errors in the console and the problem persists with X on its own (without modification from our child theme).

NicoModeratorHi There,
There is a latest maintenance release version of X theme and cornerstone. Try updating it if could help fix the problem.
Please try also to check for plugin conflict because there are plugins that are not compatible with the latest release of WordPress. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
