SoulvanaHairParticipantI just validated and updated the theme and received the following fatal error.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function x_has_shortcode() in /home4/soulvana/public_html/wp-content/plugins/x-shortcodes/setup.php on line 109. My website is http://www.soulvanahair.comMay 10, 2016 at 5:02 pm #984844
RahulModeratorHi There,
Please install and activate the Cornerstone and deactivate and delete the x-shortcode. Cornerstone take the place of X – Shortcodes in our continuing efforts to streamline the creation process within X, making it as simple and efficient as possible. Similar to X – Shortcodes, it is required when using X.
Cheers!

Kim_GParticipantWe’re having the same problem – x – shortcodes plugin crashed the site incl. dashboard. Have done what you’ve suggested above, but shortcodes still don’t work (e.g. accordion, buttons). What next?

FriechModeratorHi There,
Please Install the Cornerstone first under Addons > Extensions to make sure that this is not an compatibility issue. Then deactivate and delete the x-shortcodes. Cornerstone is taking over for X – Shortcodes, which you can read much more about here in detail. Then clear your browser’s cache and any caching plugin that the site might have.
If this does not work, please provide us login credentials in private reply so we can take a closer look.
Thanks.
