My efforts to repair the site failed. I’m hoping I can pull content from he DB and start over. It frightens me as I can’t rebuild from pieces every time there is an “update” or when it’s time to take this off a staging server.
Did you update over FTP? It sounds like the update didn’t complete all the way, as a file is missing. You may want to try deleting X, and installing is fresh from the latest version.
