    I’m experiencing an error I’ve never came across with X before. The website was working completely normal a few days ago. Today I attempted to visit the plugin page and received this error.

    Fatal error: Class ‘X_Addons_Updates’ not found in /nfs/c11/h01/mnt/200575/domains/happyvibesonthego.com/html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/classes/admin/class-updates.php on line 138

    The site keeps resorting to this crashed page. What is causing this?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Please make sure you are updated to the latest X and Cornerstone. To check the latest versions, please visit our Changelog.

    Note: That you may need to delete Cornerstone manually via FTP if the update is not showing up. You can then reinstall it via X Addons > Extensions.

    If you still run into issues, please provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
