DesignedWebParticipantHi support,
I am getting a few error messages on my site, at first it was to do with the content dock extension, so i deleted it through FTP as I can’t access my plugins page on WordPress, but now it is saying this:
Fatal error: Class ‘X_Addons_Updates’ not found in /var/sites/d/designedweb.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/classes/admin/class-updates.php on line 138
It’s ever since theme X was updated, and everything has changed. Is this something you can help with?
The site is http://www.designedweb.co.uk
Thank you,

ChristianModeratorHey there,
Please update X to 4.4.2 and delete Cornerstone in your plugins folder using FTP. I tried to login but could not connect with the given FTP credentials. Please check.
Thanks.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for updating.
Could you try re-validating the site? Kindly revoke the API Key and assign the license to the site again from your Themeco account page.
You can also update the theme manually once to avoid this. Since X v4.x some changes regarding license has been applied and you are using older version of X so you might face this issue.
You can download the installable theme from themeforest or here – https://community.theme.co/dashboard/
Let’s review our update guide.
