Hi, how can we solve this error?

Some additional info:
When I refresh the page, it’s gone.
When I enter incognito mode, it’s gone too.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! I’d recommend that you clear your caching plugin, since you have installed W3 Total Cache, and disable it during development. This can cause Customizer changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.

Can you provide us your site url so we can take a closer look.

This is most likely a cache issue. Can you confirm if you have cleared your cache and still the issue persist.
