Do you think it is connection issue…..
On the same hosting account i redirected a URL and installed demo content direct – but this one isn’t working and im not sure why :/

Can you try contacting your webhost. Here is a form letter you may use:Hello [provider], My WordPress installation is having a hard time making outbound HTTP requests. I’m using X theme and it makes a request to theme.co for setting up automatic updates. The host couldnt find anything server side – they asked for this….
Could you please contact them and ask them the exact IP addresses that they use and the port that its being used for the connection.Jen xxx
