On my home page, the third section down has columns that fade in, like one of your demos. As I mention in the title, it works in Chrome, but not Firefox or Safari. I just noticed this. Perhaps this is the result of a recent update? Please help!
Screenshot shows the part that is missing on certain browsers…
April 23, 2016 at 2:40 pm #896895I just realized the screenshot didn’t upload. Here it is.
April 24, 2016 at 1:40 pm #897628Hi there,
Thanks for writing in! I can’t see the section (that shown on screenshot) on your site. I can see a section (#x-section-3) though which seems blank where the issue is related with the images. Let’s check it again and let us know.
Cheers!

April 25, 2016 at 2:54 am #898229Hi there,
Certainly I have checked with Chrome too and it doesn’t show correctly – http://prntscr.com/awiton
However if I login to site then it show on every browser. So it doesn’t show when logged out.
Could you check the issue again by disabling the “Fade In” effect for the column and then decreasing the offset value? – http://prntscr.com/awivj5
Let us know.
Cheers!
April 25, 2016 at 12:26 pm #898943Hi, I disabled the fade, then tried decreasing the offset value. This did not work. As I mentioned before, I think the problem is more global, because on the FAQ page, nothing works there either. https://sassypantsdesign.com/faq-help-center/
I’m not technical, but is this ajax or javascript or something like that? It’s like something in my site broke.
Please help! This all used to work fine before recent updates.
(I left the fade disabled for now because at least you can see the entire home page.)
April 26, 2016 at 3:01 am #899878Hi there,
Thanks for updating. The issue is related with fade in effect and somehow it’s not working properly for script conflict. I can see some error that’s causing by “wp rocket” plugin. And also as you are using SSL, I can see some mixed content errors. So I guess one of these causing a script conflict and that’s why the fade in effect not working.
So kindly disable the third party plugins and fix the mixed content errors. Then clear your cache to check this again by enabling fade in for a column.
Hope this makes sense.
Cheers!
