annagallaParticipantHello,
The fade in animation has stopped working on my sites pages, now only the first incidence on each page works. The rest, although code was not changed, no longer work.
I have updated x theme and plugins to newest versions.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks,

JadeModeratorHi Anna,
Thanks for writing in.
Would you mind providing your admin details in a private response so that we could check this further?
For the meantime, kindly try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

FriechModeratorHi There,
Would you mind installing the Visual Composer under Addons > Extensions? It seems your page in built in VC but somehow it was not installed.
Let us know how it goes. Thanks.

annagallaParticipantHi,
I didnt actually use visual composer to build, just short codes. I activated it anyway, but no luck.

annagallaParticipantI had another look at the page while reloading and it seems that the animations are all working, but they are all happening simultaneously when you load the page rather than each happening as you scroll down to that point….
Does that help?

ChristianModeratorHey Anna,
Please update Cornerstone to the latest version first (see attachment). Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

annagallaParticipantHi I updated cornerstone, but still the same issue persists, all animations are happening on page load rather than as you scroll down to each one.

RadModeratorHi there,
It’s a bug with the visual composer, even if you’re not using visual composer but still using its shortcodes. Then it still the same. This was already reported, let’s wait for some update 🙂
Thanks!
