posts comments on the blog, but doesn’t share on my Facebook.

is there seriously no solution??

Hi there,

In that case, you may wish to contact facebook. It could be a setting at your end.

Facebook comment is just embedded code to html and we don’t have control over it’s functionality.

this is the response I got via Facebook:

“External games and apps aren’t managed by Facebook, which means you’ll need to contact the developer directly for help or to report problems like poor game performance.
You can find the game or app by searching in the App Center or in the Apps section of your Settings.”

I guess I’d be the “developer.”

And I’ve followed all your (X Theme’s) directions on how to setup the app.

can you PLEASE help me figure this out, or pass it on to another support rep who can???

Hi there,

There is none, we’re on the dead end if we can’t check it. It’s the first way of finding the problem, examining. I don’t see any other user having this problem either (except for app that are on sandbox).

It’s even working on my end with my own facebook account.

Again, the only way to continue this is if you will provide your own facebook account that has access to your facebook app.

was not working before, but is now.

thought the issue was solved. but I just got a comment from somebody on my blog informing me that the plugin still not working properly…

“Did you manage to enable “Also post on Facebook”? I’ve seen your conversation on https://theme.co/x/member/forums/topic/facebook-plugin-for-sharing-two-way-commenting/ but when I’m commenting your site it is not posting on my wall…”

when I make a comment and check the box to post, it does.

but got this feedback from someone else that it didn’t share when they tried with their account…
