    Hi there,

    This may be completely outside of your support but I thought I’d ask at least..

    I have installed a Facebook commenting box on this page https://moveu.com/ty-webinars/ and for some reason I cn’t get the “moderator tool” to appear. Any idea why that might be? I’ve done the same thing on other sites and it works just fine.

    Hi Ann,

    You can always moderate from your developers dashboard on Facebook. Perhaps something missing and that’s why it’s not appearing.

    It actually doesn’t show up in Facebook either.. Must have done something wrong I guess. I tried the Facebook add-on from X and the moderator tab appear from there. I guess I messed up along the way.

    Thanks Darshana! I already did that and it is still not working. Ended up removing the whole thing instead.

    You’re welcome! I like to help but I’m not familiar how their moderation feature works since it’s embedded.
