    Hi Guys,

    How can we make sure that we receive notifications when users leave comments on our blog via the ‘Facebook Comments’ plugin X-Theme extension that we are using?

    Currently, when people leave comments with their Facebook accounts on our blog posts, we are not receiving any notifications.

    Hi there,

    To enable Facebook comments notification, you may follow these steps:

    #1 Go to https://developers.facebook.com/tools/comments (Make sure you’re logged in to Facebook with the same account you created your FB App with)
    #2 Make sure you have the correct app selected at the top
    #3 Click “Settings” on the right hand side.
    #4 In “Moderators” add those who you would like to be notified of comments (being aware that these people will also be able to moderate of course!)
    #5 Down the bottom under “Notifications”, ensure that “Notify moderators when new comments are posted.” is set to Yes.
    #6 Hit “Save”

    Comment moderation can be done at https://developers.facebook.com/tools/comments.
