Hello,
I hope you can help. I am using x on this site (as well as another with no problems) and I ma having extremely slow load times, if it loads at all, on Safari on an iPad. The site name is http://www.handsfreeagent.com. It is hosted on GoDaddy managed WordPress hosting. Also, my “WPBakery Visual Composer” is saying that I need to purchase it from Code canyon and I am not sure why?

Hi there,

You can check your site here http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/epNbo4/https://handsfreeagent.com/ and check the color legend where it’s slower. If blue, then it has hard time connecting to your site.

I also checked your site on my mobile but it’s okay, what device and browser you’re testing on?

You can check this too https://theme.co/x/member/kb/performance/ , you may also try using CDN to host your static files other than your site. CDN has better response time.

Just want to chime in…I tried accessing your site and it loads fairly quickly from here. And I’m accessing from Asia which should typically mean slower than from the States.
