Dear Mr./Mrs,
Recently I purchased the WordPress-plugin ‘Full-Width Audio Player’ by Radykal* on Codecanyon.
Pretty much seems to work, but putting single tracks on a page with the included shortcode by the plugin doesn’t function as how it should. Obviously I first opened the ticket @ Radykal, but I got the following response by mister Dery:This has to do with the soundcloud player of the theme. It place the internal player there where it finds a soundcloud link. Please contact the theme author and ask how to deactivate that.
Are you able to help me?
I have integrated the custom shortcode already into the Visual Composer. For clarity also my original ticket @ Radykal:
Recently I bought your Full-Width Audio Plugin and I’ve came quite far with integrating it into my website as how I planned to.
I encounter the following problem: I have made a playlist and added that to the player’s standard playlist. When adding a single track playlist on the page it doesn’t load the cover from Soundcloud nor does the PLAY-button work. I’ve set the proper ID of the track and the titel does show up.
Can you help me with this? An example is loaded on my website left below the home slider.

X doesn’t include a soundcloud player. Although WordPress itself will automatically turn soundcloud links into the native WordPress player. It’s one of the supported embed types. (http://codex.wordpress.org/Embeds)
From here I’d suggest testing in the TwentyFourteen theme to see if you get the same problem. It would also be best to test with all plugins deactivated. You may need to contact that developer with your results.
If it’s found to be X related, we can advise further – but we can’t guarantee compatibility with 3rd party plugins. Hopefully you’ll be able to get this figured out though.
