    I Installed and Activated the X theme and Cornerstone successfully, but when I tried install other addon/extension it keeps showing Error

    Installing…Error encountered. Details

    and when I click on Details, it will show “No Package”

    I even tried manual installation of one of the extension (ConvertPlug), after activation, my site refused to come up until I removed it.

    Please I need help. I just purchased the X theme yesterday

    When I also try installing the setup Demo (etho1), It will progress to a stage and hang, showing (Experiencing technical difficulties…)

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
