Hello,

I received an email telling me my support will be ending April 1, and that I can extend it for $33.13 (see screen grab 1). However, when I click the link, it takes me to a page with the price of $65. It appears as though it’s taking me to a page to purchase another whole license (see screen grab 2). All I want to do is extend the support. Where can I do this?

Thanks for writing in!

Please ignore this email and do not buy any X theme unless you need any additional license code. As a matter of when Envato rolled out an update to their item support policy, however your Themeco account will stay active after the 6 month support period as many customers use the forums for interactions beyond support (and soon to be more forums and places of discussion) such as licensing, etc.

Hope this explains briefly.

So are you saying there is no way for me to extend the support? I get that I can still access the forums, but it’s my understanding that I will no longer be able to ask you guys direct questions and receive answers (as I’m doing now). Is my understanding correct? If so, is there any way for me to extend this support? I really need it. 🙂

You will be able to access us and ask your questions until further notice since we are providing support to all of our customers who already bought at least one license of X or Cornerstone. It would be really nice if you purchase the support extension to support the effort you are getting from Themeco community. 🙂
